How to Use

Heating in Microwave: Place insert flat in microwave, do not bend. Heat 40 seconds at 385 W or 25 seconds at 600 W. Check temperature before use. Place in a disposable cover or wrap in cotton/muslin/towel.

Heating in Water Bath: Submerge insert in hot water (do not touch the pot bottom) for 2–3 minutes. Dry and use with a cover.

Cooling in Freezer: Freeze for approx. 2 hours at -18°C. Use with cover, maximum 20 minutes per application.
