Mucodent Baby, teething gel, 15 ml

Mucodent Baby is a medical device in the form of a teething gel designed for topical application to the gums of infants from 2 months of age. It forms a protective film on the gums, helping to relieve pain, swelling, redness, and excessive salivation associated with teething. The pleasant raspberry flavor makes application easier and more comfortable for babies.

Composition

• Main ingredients: high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate, aloe vera leaf juice, xylitol
• Auxiliary ingredients: purified water, glycerin, hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium benzoate, sorbate

Action

The effectiveness of Mucodent Baby is based on a combination of three active ingredients. Sodium hyaluronate creates a protective film on the gum surface, aloe vera moisturizes and soothes irritated and reddened gums, while xylitol supports oral hygiene and helps protect against tooth decay.

Product purpose

The product is intended for babies from 2 months of age during the teething period who experience discomfort in the oral cavity.

Indications

• Pain and discomfort during teething
• Swelling and redness of the gums
• Excessive salivation associated with tooth eruption

Product use

The gel can be used 3–6 times a day, preferably after meals and before bedtime. Use until symptoms subside, for a maximum of 7 days.

How to use

• Apply 1–2 drops of gel to a clean finger, silicone toothbrush, or sterile, damp gauze pad.
• Gently massage the gums for 2–3 minutes.
• To prolong the effect, wait before giving the child food or drink.

Contraindications and precautions

• Store out of reach of children at a temperature of 15–25°C.
• For hygiene reasons, the product should only be used by one child.
• Only an adult should administer the product.
• Avoid accidental contact with the eye mucosa.
