Amara Compound Thyme Syrup (Sirupus Thymi compositum) is a medicinal product with an expectorant effect, designed to relieve cough associated with upper respiratory tract infections. It contains thyme herb liquid extract and thymol, which help to facilitate expectoration, soothe the respiratory tract, and support natural clearance of mucus.

Composition

Dosage and Administration

  • Adults and adolescents 12+ years: 10 ml (1 tablespoon), 3 times daily
  • Children 6–12 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon), 3 times daily

Administer orally. Follow instructions on the package leaflet or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.

Action

Thyme complex syrup acts as an expectorant, helping to loosen mucus in the respiratory tract and making coughs more productive. It also soothes irritation in the throat caused by cough.
