To replace the hinge with this new set: 1. Carefully drill out the old hinge rivets from inside the frame and push them outward. 2. Drill out the rivet in the tensioner trigger and remove the rod along with the supporting beam. 3. Remove the old hinge and clean the interior frame spaces. 4. Insert the new hinge into the stroller structure. 5. Rivet the latch release rod first, then rivet the hinge to the frame using a rivet tool. Following these steps ensures proper alignment and safe folding operation.
