Application

Food for special medical purposes for dietary management in children from 6 months of age in cases of dehydration, particularly during diarrhea and/or vomiting, and in situations where there is a risk of dehydration. Use under medical supervision.

How to Use / Preparation

Shake the sachet before opening. Measure 200 ml of warm, boiled water using the included measuring cup. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in the water. Do not add sugar. Allow the solution to cool before serving. The solution can be administered using a straw or, in case of vomiting, in small portions with a spoon.

Recommended Intake

Intake depends on the degree of dehydration, body weight, and medical advice. Typically, 50–100 ml per kg of body weight is recommended during the first 4 hours, followed by an additional 5–10 ml per kg after each episode of diarrhea or vomiting. In later stages, continue with 5–10 ml per kg after each episode.
