Recommended Dosage and Preparation

• Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one tea bag.
• Steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove the bag.
• Always prepare fresh. For infants, use boiled water suitable for infant nutrition.
• Dosage: 6-12 months: 1 cup/day. 1-3 years: 2 cups/day. From 3 years: 2-3 cups/day.
• If sweetening, max. 5g sugar per 100 ml.
