Recommended Dosage and Preparation

• Pour 200-400 ml of boiling water over one tea bag.
• Steep in a covered container for 5-10 minutes.
• Always prepare fresh. For infants, use boiled water suitable for infant nutrition.
• Dosage: 6-12 months: 1-2 cups (200 ml) daily. From 1 year: 2-3 cups daily.
• If sweetening, max. 5g sugar per 100 ml.
