Recommended Dosage and Preparation

• Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one tea bag.
• Steep in a covered container for 5-10 minutes. Do not boil.
• Always prepare fresh. For infants, use boiled water suitable for infant nutrition.
• Dosage: 6 months-3 years: 1 cup/day. From 3 years: 2-3 cups/day. Adults: 3-5 cups/day.
• Sweetening is not necessary. If sweetened, max. 5g sugar per 100 ml.

• If sweetened, avoid baby bottles to prevent tooth decay; use a cup.
• Do not use if hypersensitive to any component (e.g., licorice).
