Made from 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed Iberian pork, it is seasoned with paprika, salt, sugar, oil, and slowly cured to develop its unmistakable aroma, firm texture, and rich, delicate flavor.
This loin is stuffed in an inedible natural casing, preserving its shape and allowing an optimal curing process. Its maroon-colored slices reveal the perfect balance of lean meat and marbling, delivering the authentic taste of Iberian Bellota pork.
