Spicy Iberico Acorn Chorizo from Guijuelo (Salamanca) is a premium cured sausage produced by Nieto Martin. Made from Iberian acorn-fed pork and pork fat, seasoned with paprika, garlic, and carefully selected spices, this chorizo is slowly cured in a thick natural casing to develop its firm texture, vibrant reddish color, and subtly spicy flavor.
Stuffed into the thickest pork intestine (cular), this chorizo requires thin slicing to enjoy its rich aroma and delicate balance of lean meat and fat. Perfect for tapas, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, or gourmet appetizers.
