Iberian Bellota Salchichón from Guijuelo (Salamanca) is a premium cured sausage produced by Nieto Martin. Made from acorn-fed Iberian pork and pork fat, seasoned with black pepper, white wine, and natural spices, this salchichón is slowly cured in a thick natural casing (cular) to achieve a firm texture, rich aroma, and delicate flavor.
This thick-casing salchichón is stuffed into the pig’s large intestine, which is inedible but preserves its shape and allows a long curing process. Slices reveal a firm, uniform texture and a perfect balance between lean meat and fat. Ideal for charcuterie boards, tapas, sandwiches, or as a gourmet appetizer.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Recommended temperature: 15–25°C. Slice thinly before consuming for the best flavor. Once opened, wrap in a cloth and store in the refrigerator.
