Casa Riera Ordeix's Extra Cured Sausage is a premium Spanish cured meat product with a history of over 170 years. It is made using the finest cuts of pork ham, combined with diced bacon, sea salt, black pepper, and natural casing.

The curing process takes place naturally in centuries-old wooden drying sheds and lasts from three to six months, depending on the size and climate. Each sausage is wrapped by hand in certified Casa Riera Ordeix paper, which protects the product and preserves its quality.

This traditional delicacy is allergen-free and suitable for people with celiac disease. Ideal for slicing and serving as an appetizer, for festive tables, or as a gourmet gift.
