Casa Riera Ordeix Salchichón is a premium Spanish cured sausage with a 174-year tradition. Made from the finest cuts of pork ham, diced bacon, sea salt, black pepper, and natural casing.
The curing process occurs naturally in centuries-old wooden drying sheds and lasts 3–6 months, depending on size and climate. Each salchichón is hand-wrapped in certified Casa Riera Ordeix paper, protecting and preserving the product.
