Casa Riera Ordeix Truffled Curly Salami is a premium Spanish cured sausage in large format (~1.2 kg) wrapped in paper. Based on the Extra Curly Salami, it features the addition of black winter truffle, giving it an extraordinary flavor and making it a unique product in its category.

Made from the finest cuts of pork ham, sea salt, black pepper, black truffle, and natural casing. The drying process takes place naturally in centuries-old wooden drying sheds and lasts 3–6 months depending on size and climate. Each sausage is hand-wrapped in certified Casa Riera Ordeix paper.

Allergen-free and suitable for celiacs. Ideal for slicing, serving as an appetizer, or gifting as a gourmet product.
