Casa Riera Ordeix Truffled Salami is a premium Spanish cured sausage wrapped in paper and presented in a cardboard box. Based on Casa Riera Ordeix's Vic Salami, it is infused with black winter truffle, giving it an extraordinary flavor and making it unique in its category.

Made from the finest cuts of pork—including ham, belly, and lean meat—seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, black truffle, and natural casing. The natural drying process lasts from three to six months depending on size and climate. Each salami is carefully wrapped by hand to ensure quality and preservation.

Allergen-free and suitable for celiacs. Ideal for slicing, serving as an appetizer, or gifting as a gourmet product.
