Made with extra-fine pork hams, loins, and lean cuts, seasoned with sea salt from the Ebro Delta and 'Tellicherry' black pepper. It undergoes a long curing process of 180 days in traditional wooden drying sheds, some of which have been in use for over 175 years. This careful aging gives the sausage a unique, intense, and balanced aroma and flavor.
