This chorizo cular is seasoned with sweet paprika, garlic and selected spices, then slowly cured to achieve an intense aroma and a rich, balanced flavour.
Its thick calibre and long curing process provide a firm texture and a deep cherry-red colour, with visible marbling of lean meat and fat. The flavour is smooth and slightly sweet, with a subtle touch of paprika and no excessive spiciness, making it ideal for a wide range of consumers.
