Iberian Chorizo Guijuelo is a traditional Spanish cured sausage produced in Guijuelo (Salamanca) by the well-known brand Nieto Martin. It is made from carefully selected Iberian pork and Iberian pork fat, seasoned with paprika, garlic and spices, and slowly cured to achieve its characteristic aroma, color and flavor.

This chorizo is classified as “cular”, meaning it is stuffed into a thick natural pork casing, which allows for a longer curing process and a firm, consistent texture. Its slice shows a maroon-brown color where lean meat and fat are clearly visible, offering a balanced and intense taste.

Perfect for tapas, sandwiches, charcuterie boards or as an appetizer with wine, this Iberian chorizo delivers authentic Spanish flavor in every slice.
