Mild Cheese Albeniz is a traditional Spanish mild cheese produced in Navarra by Quesos La Vasco Navarra S.A. It is made from a blend of pasteurized cow’s milk (minimum 80%) and pasteurized sheep’s milk (minimum 5%), resulting in a smooth, creamy texture and a delicate, balanced flavor.
This pressed-paste cheese has an ivory color with slight graininess and is matured for approximately 60 days under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. Its mild and pleasant aroma makes it ideal for everyday consumption, whether as an appetizer, for breakfast, or for dinner.
The cheese is presented as a whole piece of approximately 860 g, vacuum packed to ensure freshness and easy storage. Its inedible rind is treated with preservative E252 to maintain quality.
