product.description
Flor de Esgueva Cheese is a traditional Spanish aged sheep’s milk cheese produced by Lactalis Forlasa S.L.U. in Villarrobledo, Spain. It is made exclusively from raw sheep’s milk of Spanish origin and matured for at least 7 months, developing a firm texture and an intense, characteristic flavor.
This cheese is aged with its natural rind, which contributes to its strong aroma and complex taste. Its paste is compact and slightly crumbly, with a deep and persistent sheep’s milk profile that makes it ideal for cheese boards, tapas, or pairing with red wine.
Presented as a whole piece of approximately 1 kg, Flor de Esgueva Cheese is vacuum packed to preserve freshness and quality.
Raw sheep’s milk, salt, preservative (E-252), rennet of animal origin, calcium chloride and dairy ferments.
Inedible rind: preservatives (E-200, E-235) and colorants (E-171, E-172).
Contains milk. Gluten-free.
Store between +1°C and +8°C.
