Albéniz Sharp Cheese is a traditional Spanish cured mixed-milk cheese produced in Navarra by Quesos La Vasco Navarra, S.A. It is elaborated with pasteurized cow’s milk (minimum 80%) and pasteurized sheep’s milk (minimum 5%), and matured for approximately 120 days to achieve a pleasant, balanced and creamy flavour.
This cheese stands out for its ivory-coloured pressed paste, small and irregular grain, and a creamy yet firm texture. Its flavour is intense but smooth on the palate, making it ideal for cheese boards, tapas, or as an appetizer.
The cheese is presented as a whole piece of approximately 840g and vacuum packed to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Pasteurized cow’s milk (minimum 80%), pasteurized sheep’s milk (minimum 5%), salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Preservative: E-252. Inedible rind. Bark preservatives: E-202 and E-235 and colourant E-172.
Contains milk and milk derivatives. Gluten-free.
