Extremeño Sheep Cheese is a traditional artisan Spanish cheese produced in Extremadura by Lacteos del Búrdalo S.L. It is elaborated exclusively with raw sheep’s milk, animal rennet and salt, following traditional methods that preserve its authentic character and intense flavour.
This cheese is presented in a whole small format of approximately 600g and vacuum packed to maintain its freshness and quality. Its texture is firm and compact, while its flavour is rich and pronounced, typical of raw sheep’s milk cheeses from Extremadura.
Extremeño Sheep Cheese is ideal for cheese boards, tapas, or as an appetizer, offering a genuine taste of Spanish artisan cheesemaking.
