MONTARAZ Iberian Free-Range Ham 50% Preservative-Free is a premium shoulder ham made from 50% Iberian pigs raised free-range in the Extremadura pastures. Cured naturally with only sea salt for a minimum of 36 months, this ham is gluten-free, lactose-free, sulfite-free, and soy-free.
Half of the hams are cured in Salamanca for a milder flavor, and half in Olivenza for a more intense profile. Each piece is a unique, 100% natural product, preserving the traditional taste of Iberian ham without any additives or preservatives.
