Cinco Jotas Acorn-Fed 100% Iberian Salami is a premium Spanish cured sausage made exclusively from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs, raised free-range in the dehesas of Jabugo (Huelva).

Produced by the legendary Cinco Jotas house, this salami (salchichón) follows traditional curing methods that preserve the purity of the meat and enhance its natural aromas.

Its flavor is delicate and refined, with elegant notes of acorn and countryside, combined with subtle spices such as black and white pepper, nutmeg and garlic. The texture is smooth, juicy and melts in the mouth.
