Valrhona Guanaja 70% is a premium dark couverture chocolate made from a refined blend of Grand Cru cocoa beans. With a minimum of 70% cocoa content, this chocolate offers an intense, elegant bitterness and a rich aromatic profile with notes of roasted dried fruits and coffee.
The bean format ensures fast melting, precise dosing, and easy tempering, making it ideal for professional pastry chefs and chocolatiers. Perfect for molding, ganache, pralines, mousse, and ice cream production.
