Guanaja 70% Dark Couverture Chocolate is a premium dark chocolate made from carefully selected cocoa beans and pure cocoa butter. With a minimum of 70% cocoa content, it offers an intense cocoa flavor with balanced bitterness and refined aromatic notes, ideal for professional pastry and home baking.
This couverture chocolate melts and tempers easily, making it perfect for ganache, glazing, molding, cakes, mousses, and confectionery creations.
