Ranigast S-O-S is a chewable antacid/alginate lozenge designed to relieve symptoms of gastro-esophageal reflux and excess stomach acidity. By neutralizing gastric acid and forming a protective alginate gel layer over the stomach lining, it helps reduce heartburn, acid reflux, epigastric burning and indigestion, offering fast “SOS-style” relief after meals.
