Operation & Safety Guidelines

  1. Preparation: Obtain the correct PTFE-coated heating sleeve for your pipe diameter. Ensure pipe ends are clean and squarely cut.
  2. Setup: Secure the welding machine on its stand. Connect to a properly grounded 230V outlet and allow it to heat up to 260°C.
  3. Welding: Simultaneously press the pipe end and fitting onto the heated sleeve. Maintain pressure for the manufacturer-specified heating time (varies by diameter).
  4. Joining: Quickly remove both pieces and join them together with a straight, firm push. Hold steady without movement for the recommended cooling time.
  • Safety First: Always wear heat-resistant gloves and safety glasses. The heating sleeve and machine parts become extremely hot.
  • Sleeve Care: Use only compatible PTFE-coated sleeves. Clean them with appropriate non-metallic tools to preserve the coating.
  • Follow Manufacturer Parameters: Adhere strictly to the heating and cooling times specified by the pipe system manufacturer for optimal results.
  • Electrical Safety: Ensure the power supply is grounded. Do not operate in wet conditions.
  • Storage: Allow the machine to cool completely before placing it in the carrying case. Store in a dry place.
