Hot Air Plastic Welding Station 700W with 4 Nozzles – Adjustable 100-450°C & Brushless Fan
This hot air plastic welding station delivers robust 700W performance for a wide range of plastic repair and fabrication tasks. Featuring precise dual control over temperature (100-450°C) and airflow (1-8 settings), it is powered by a durable brushless fan motor. The complete kit includes four nozzles for various applications, making it a versatile and reliable tool for automotive workshops, plastic tank repair, and general industrial maintenance.
High-Performance Welding Control
- Powerful 700W Heating Element: Provides ample thermal power for rapid heat-up and efficient welding of various plastics, including PP, PE, ABS, and PVC, even in thicker sections.
- Precise Dual Adjustment: Independent knobs allow smooth regulation of air temperature (100°C to 450°C) and airflow force (settings 1-8), giving complete control over the welding process for different materials and techniques.
- High-Efficiency Brushless Fan: The integrated brushless motor delivers a maximum airflow of 120 liters per minute. This design ensures quieter operation, greater durability, and more consistent airflow compared to standard brushed motors.
- Complete 4-Nozzle Set: Includes four interchangeable nozzles to adapt the hot air stream for specific tasks such as focused spot welding, wide-area heating, or applying plastic welding rod.
- Automatic Cooling System: Protects the internal heater by activating cooling after the tool is switched off, extending the component's lifespan and ensuring safety.
- User-Friendly Operation: Features a clear main power switch with LED indicators to show operational status. The insulated housing provides protection against electrostatic discharge.
- Compact & Portable Design: Despite its power, the station is designed to be relatively compact and easy to move around the workshop, with a manageable weight.
Benefits for Workshop Efficiency
- Versatile for Multiple Tasks: Suitable for welding, bending, shrinking, and drying applications on plastics, making it a multi-purpose tool for any workshop.
- Professional, Consistent Results: The precise temperature and airflow controls enable repeatable, high-quality welds and repairs that restore strength and integrity to plastic parts.
- Durable and Low-Maintenance: The brushless fan motor significantly reduces wear and tear, offering a longer service life with less maintenance required.
- Enhanced Safety Features: The automatic cooling and insulated housing contribute to safer operation, protecting both the user and the tool.
- Ready for Demanding Projects: The 700W power rating ensures it can handle prolonged use and tougher materials, making it reliable for professional daily use.
