Plastic Pipe Welding Machine 800W with 4 PTFE-Coated Sleeves (20-40mm) & Carrying Case
This 800W plastic pipe welding machine is a robust and complete solution for creating strong, leak-proof joints in polyethylene (PE), polybutylene (PB), and polypropylene (PP) piping systems. Designed for pipes up to 40mm in diameter, it comes with a full set of four PTFE-coated heating sleeves and a dedicated carrying case. With a reliable operating temperature of 300°C, it provides a portable and efficient tool for professional and DIY plumbing, heating, and irrigation projects.
Complete & Efficient Welding Kit
- Powerful 800W Heating System: Delivers consistent and efficient heat for rapid warm-up and stable fusion welding of plastic pipes and fittings, ensuring strong, permanent connections.
- Four Essential PTFE-Coated Sleeves: Includes sleeves for the most common pipe diameters: 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 40mm. The PTFE (Teflon) non-stick coating prevents melted plastic from sticking, extends sleeve life, and ensures cleaner, easier welds.
- Optimized for Pipe Sizes up to 40mm: Perfect for a wide range of residential and light commercial applications, including domestic water supply, underfloor heating loops, and garden irrigation systems.
- Stable 300°C Operating Temperature: Maintains the ideal temperature for welding PE, PB, and PP materials, ensuring proper molecular bonding and reliable joint integrity.
- Included Carrying Case for Portability: Comes with a practical carrying case that protects the welder and sleeves during transport and storage, keeping all components organized and ready for the next job site.
- Robust and Durable Construction: Built with a solid design (2.6 kg) to withstand the demands of regular use in workshop and on-site environments.
- Ready for Standard Mains Power: Operates on 230V/50Hz, making it ready for immediate use in most European workshops and construction sites.
Benefits for Installers
- Immediate Project Readiness: The inclusion of four key sleeve sizes means you can start most common plumbing and heating installations without delay or additional purchases.
- Superior Weld Quality & Sleeve Longevity: The PTFE coating on the sleeves ensures a consistent heat transfer and prevents material buildup, resulting in stronger welds and significantly extended sleeve lifespan.
- Enhanced Portability & Organization: The carrying case makes transportation and storage simple and secure, preventing loss or damage to components and ensuring a professional, organized toolkit.
- Versatile for Key Applications: A single tool suitable for installing and repairing pressurized water systems, hydronic heating networks, and various irrigation setups.
- Reliable and Efficient Operation: The 800W power provides a good balance of heat-up speed and energy efficiency, suitable for continuous professional use.

Operation & Safety Guidelines
- Preparation: Ensure pipe ends are clean and cut squarely. Select the PTFE sleeve matching your pipe diameter.
- Setup: Place the welder on a stable surface. Connect to a grounded 230V outlet and allow it to reach the operating temperature of 300°C.
- Welding: Simultaneously press the pipe end and fitting onto the heated sleeve. Hold for the time specified by the pipe/fitting manufacturer (based on diameter).
- Joining: Quickly remove both pieces and join them together with a straight, firm push. Hold steady without movement for the recommended cooling time.
- Safety First: Always wear heat-resistant gloves and safety glasses. The sleeves and machine become extremely hot during operation.
- Sleeve Care: Keep PTFE sleeves clean. Use a wooden or plastic scraper to remove any residue while the sleeve is warm. Never use metal tools.
- Adhere to Parameters: Strictly follow the heating and cooling times recommended by the pipe system manufacturer for optimal joint strength.
- Electrical Safety: Connect to a properly grounded outlet. Keep the work area dry.
- Storage: Allow the machine to cool completely before placing it in the carrying case. Store in a dry place.
