Since Beyston operates as a multi-vendor marketplace, products are sold by various sellers. Therefore, each claim is reviewed based on the seller’s specific terms, delivery records, and the information provided by the buyer.

When Buyer Protection Applies

You may be eligible for support if:

  • The product was not delivered within the specified timeframe;
  • The product arrived damaged or defective;
  • The received product is significantly different from the original description;
  • A return or refund request requires further mediation;
  • The issue remains unresolved after communicating directly with the seller.

Returns & Refunds

  • EU Statutory Right: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Exceptions: Please note that certain products are exempt from return, including opened hygiene or parapharmacy items, customized products, and perishable goods.
  • Processing: Refunds are typically processed by the seller. Once a return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within the required timeframe, depending on the seller’s policies and your payment provider’s processing times.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other additional charges may apply according to the destination country’s laws. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
