No suitable delivery method
The delivery method may not be available if your order contains products that can’t be delivered this way. When placing an order, you’ll see all the available delivery methods.
Additional rules, conditions, and laws may apply when ordering products from foreign sellers. The carrier must declare personal products to import them into a country. To do this, they or customs employees fill out a passenger customs declaration. Beyston stores personal details in your account and passes them to the carrier or customs to fill out the declaration. Beyston stores personal details until the customer receives the order.
If you enter the details incorrectly, you can edit them before the order status changes to “On the way”. A delivery company representative may contact you to clarify provided personal details.

- In your account, click Edit profile/address.
- Depending on your citizenship, fill out your personal data.
- If you want your personal data to be used for future orders, give your consent to its storage and processing by Beyston.
- Click Save.
Customs duty
The duty amount depends on the product cost and dimensions, the delivery service conditions, and the customs legislation of the destination country.
You’ll receive a text message from the delivery service or the customs authorities of your country. It contains the deadline by which you must pay the duty. The message is sent to the contacts you provide to the delivery service when placing the order.
