You can select a payment method at checkout. Some methods may be unavailable for certain regions or product types.

When you are charged
In most cases, the card is charged immediately after you confirm payment. Some banks may show an authorization hold first.
Payment failed
If your payment fails, try these steps:
- Check your card balance and spending limits.
- Confirm your billing details are correct.
- Try another payment method if available.
- Contact your bank if the payment is blocked for security reasons.
I was charged twice
Sometimes one charge is only a temporary authorization hold. If you see two completed charges, contact support and include:
- Order number
- Date/time of payment attempt
- Last 4 digits of the card (never share full card details)
- Screenshots of the bank statement (optional)
Payment security
We use secure payment processing and industry-standard protections. Never share your password or full card details with anyone.
Refunds
Refund timing depends on your bank and payment system. International transfers may take longer.
