Sansueña Cured Sheep's Cheese is crafted from select raw sheep's milk using traditional methods by Lácteas Zamoro. The milk is thermized, not pasteurized, to preserve all its natural properties. After coagulation with natural rennet, the curd is molded, pressed to remove excess whey, and cured in brine before aging for 11 months. This results in a natural rind and a distinctive, rich flavor.
Ideal for cheese boards, tapas, or paired with wine and dried fruits.
