Undofen Amorolfina is a topical antifungal treatment in the form of a clear nail lacquer containing 50 mg/ml of amorolfine. It is used to treat mild distal and lateral subungual onychomycosis caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, and molds, affecting up to two nails. The lacquer is applied once a week, with the possibility of increasing to twice a week in certain cases. Treatment should continue until the affected nails have fully regenerated, which typically takes about 6 months for fingernails and 9–12 months for toenails.
