Dr Seidel STRESS OUT SHOT Paste – 30 g

A calming paste designed for dogs and cats, formulated to alleviate stress during sudden, anxiety-inducing situations such as veterinary visits, travel, thunderstorms, fireworks, or hospitalization.

Active Ingredients

• α-Casozepine (Lactium®): A natural peptide derived from cow's milk, promoting relaxation and reducing anxiety.
• L-Tryptophan: An essential amino acid that helps decrease muscle tension and susceptibility to stress, serving as a precursor to serotonin.
• B Vitamins: Support the proper functioning of the nervous system, aiding in stress reduction.

Indications

• Assistance during sudden stress-inducing events such as environmental changes, veterinary visits, grooming sessions, fireworks, storms, travel, and medical procedures.
• Helps relax the animal, reducing muscle tension and improving psychological comfort.

Recommended Dosage

Administer 3 g per 10 kg of body weight once daily, between meals. One teaspoon is approximately 6 g. Effects may be observed on the first day of use. In some cases, it may be beneficial to start administration 2–5 days prior to the stressful event. Use for up to 3 weeks; for longer durations, consult a veterinarian.

Composition

• Sorbitol, malt, hydrolyzed poultry liver, hydrolyzed pork liver, hydrolyzed bovine casein (Lactium® – source of α-casozepine) 5%, dried brewer's yeast, sodium chloride.
• Technological additives: colloidal silica, potassium sorbate (5 g/kg); dietary additives: L-tryptophan (90 g/kg), Vitamin B6 (100 mg/kg), Vitamin B12 (1 mg/kg).
